Description
A part of a digital (vector) art portfolio that I am doing for my UCLA college applicationA rather quick one. Took roughly 2 hours for the outline and 2 more hours to color.
I was gonna put this on top of a crumbled paper texture for some cheap laughs, but I decided not to.
I think many artists like myself can really relate to this piece. Sometimes we just can't help being a perfectionist. Hope you guys like it

Expression is great. I won't even gripe about neutral gray, it works in this case.
Maybeconsider giving the right hand fingers too, though? The trash bin and the crumpled paper could work better as a block, and it's not the only possible composition for this idea. But what works, works.
